
CANCELLATION & WAITLIST POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY: We kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session. Cancellations made after this window will result in the loss of the class credit.
If you do not cancel and do not attend, a $10 no-show fee will be applied. After five no-shows, this fee will increase to $20 per occurrence.
All cancellations must be submitted through the Momence app or via our website. Please note that cancellations via text or Instagram messages will not be accepted.
WAITLIST POLICY: If a class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist—spots often open up! By adding yourself to the waitlist, you’re committing to attend if a spot becomes available. This could be up to 60 minutes prior to the start of class!
Should a spot open, you will be automatically enrolled and notified via email, up to 1 hour before class begins.
If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist to free up space for another member. If you get off the waitlist after the 12 hr cancellation window, but cannot attend class, you will be considered a LATE CANCEL and you will forfeit your session.
