Classes at The Annex are NON-HOT and can be modified for all fitness levels. We do not recommend Advanced Strength for anyone new to lifting weights.

  • Sculpt Lab + Sculpt45

    These barre-inspired low impact workouts will tone your entire body and build core strength. Expect a blend of dynamic, functional training movements paired with smaller zone-focused repetitions. These classes are musically driven and high energy to give you a total body burn while having FUN!

    WE RECOMMEND GRIP SOCKS OR BAREFOOT. **Feel free to bring 1lb or 2lb wrist/ankle weights for added resistance

  • Booty Inferno

    In this 45 minute sculpt & strength class we will tone our most favorite ASSet! Get ready to set those buns and legs on fire with non-stop movement to the beat of the music! We will use an array of props and weights to really fire up that tush and carve out that booty. Sir Mix-A-Lot would be proud!

  • Strong45 + Strong POWER

    Strong45 (45 min) and Strong Power (60 minutes) we will use weights to strengthen all our muscle groups in a targeted circuit-based format. This class gives you the opportunity to dedicate an entire workout to STRENGTH TRAINING, the most essential type of training for bone and muscle longevity and overall health.

    THIS CLASS CAN BE DONE IN SNEAKERS OR BAREFOOT

  • Tempo SWITCH

    Ride the rhythm as the music takes you from high to low BPMs and back again — keeping your body and heart rate guessing for maximum fat burn and muscle building. This is the ultimate beat-driven interval class: explosive, unpredictable, and undeniably fun. In true JAB fashion, you’ll push to your max, sweat it out, and actually love every minute of it.

    Suit up. Level up. It’s time to get inVESTED in your strength! This one-of-a-kind class uses weighted vests to push your limits and light up every muscle group. Expect powerful strength training, a core that’s on fire, and a total-body burn that leaves you feeling unstoppable.***YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN WEIGHTED VEST. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THEM. WE RECOMMEND 8% OF YOUR BODYWEIGHT TO START***

🔥FOR OUR HOT CLASSES: We use Thermazone Infrared heaters that help with detoxification, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and help boost your immune system (among many other wonderful benefits!)

FOR ALL HOT CLASSES: You must bring a microfiber mat towel to cover the entire mat OR bring your own yoga mat! If you do not have your own towel or mat you will be required to RENT a towel at the studio for $3 ($2 for Members)

CANCELLATION POLICY: The studio has a 12 hour cancellation policy for all class bookings. Please note any cancellations made after the 12 hour window will forfeit your class. If you do not cancel or late cancel your class, and you don’t show up, you will incur an additional $10 NO-SHOW FEE. Our studio has small class sizes and we want to do our best to get waitlist clients into classes. Cancellations must be made in the Momence App, via our website, or in an email. We will not accept Instagram messages or texts requesting cancellations.

WAITLIST POLICY: If a class is WAITLISTED, we encourage you to add yourself to the list! Cancels always occur, so there is a good chance you will make it into the class. If you put yourself on the waitlist, you are committing to a spot in that class if it opens. You will automatically be added to class and notified via email up to 1 hour before the class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist within the 12 hour cancellation period if you no longer wish to attend class, in order to open a spot for a fellow JAB member.
