6 Week Postnatal Mommy Mojo Fitness Program

In this 6 Week Postnatal Fitness Program we will work carefully to ease your body back into a workout routine. The program will start with bodyweight exercises and slowly add light weights (optional) as we move through a series of full body workouts. The classes will help you build strength back into your entire body, especially your core.

You are more than welcome to bring your newborn to class with you! *We do not recommend bringing any crawling babies. You will get the most out of this class if your baby is comfortable laying down or sitting in a stroller and/or baby seat. You can also take this course as YOU time and leave baby with a caretaker!

PROGRAM DATES:

CURRENT SESSION: MARCH 6/13/20/27 APRIL 10TH/17TH, WEDNESDAYS @ 11:15AM

NEXT SESSION: MAY 1ST-JUNE 5TH, WEDNESDAYS @ 11:15AM

**You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum AND medically cleared by your doctor (by March 6th) to attend this program**
