CANCELLATION POLICY: Thank you for honoring our 12 hour cancellation policy for all class bookings. Please note any cancellations made after the 12 hour window will forfeit your class. If you do not cancel, and you don’t show, you will incur an additional $10 NO-SHOW FEE. Cancellations must be made in the Momence App or via our website. Please do not send us Instagram messages or texts requesting cancellations.
Book Classes
WAITLIST POLICY: If a class is WAITLISTED, we encourage you to add yourself to the list! Cancels always occur, so there is a good chance you will make it into the class. If you put yourself on the waitlist, you are committing to a spot in that class if it opens. You will automatically be added to class and notified via email up to 1 hour before the class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish you attend to open a spot for a fellow JAB member.
Please be advised that as of April 25th, 2024 all credit card transactions are subject to a 3.9% processing charge. There is no fee for direct debit.
