5 Week Starter Sweat Program

A FOUNDATIONAL COURSE DESIGNED TO INSPIRE YOU TO START, OR GET BACK INTO YOUR ROUTINE- AND FALL IN LOVE WITH FITNESS

We kick off May 5th!

This foundational course is designed to inspire you to start or get back into your routine, and fall in love with fitness. Expect high energy (but easy-to-follow) cardio, and strength training fundamentals with a whole lot of fun, high energy, and an amazing community! 

If you've never liked gyms, feel a bit intimidated by group fitness classes but don't enjoy working out alone, are trying to find your workout groove, are looking to learn how to strength train, or just want support as you discover workouts you enjoy, THIS IS THE COURSE FOR YOU! 

Each class is 45 Minutes of Strength, Cardio, and Stability that will introduce you to different weights and props each week to keep you seeing progress. All levels are welcome, modifications will always be offered!

 **PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON SUNDAY MAY 12TH DURING MOTHER'S DAY**
