Israel Fundraiser / Magen David Adom

In a time of terror, this incredible JAB community came together once again to raise over $4000 for Magen David Adom. Clients and friends attended fitness classes and purchased bake sale items with 100% of all proceeds going to this incredible life-saving organization. We are so truly grateful to the people of New Castle and all the surrounding areas that came out to support this cause.

Gift To Give Back 2022 / UJC Domestic Violence Project

This was our first event in the new brick and mortar studio and we were so thrilled to give back this holiday season! I was BLOWN AWAY by the support from our Chappaqua and surrounding community as they shopped for gifts from our retail boutique and other incredible local vendors including Adonia Floral, Auburn Jewelry, and Pixielane Tina. We were able to donate $500 to the UJC DVP and help those in need today and every day. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and shopped, it truly makes a difference in the lives of so many!

Women Helping Women 2021 / My Sister’s Place NY

The JABFIT community continues to amaze me every day. As Mother’s Day 2021 approached, and I reflected on 2020 and how many people, women especially (myself included,) lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to help. So many women wouldn’t be fortunate enough to celebrate with family in a warm and loving home and I knew my ladies would show up once again! Together we raised $1300 to help women and children at My Sister’s Place NY. I was able to work with other amazing local vendors to give participants a little thank you for supporting the cause. Lakeview Florist donated roses to everyone who showed up to donate and workout, while King’s Scribe donated an amazing bouquet of balloons to give a little happy energy and ambiance to our class.

Kindness Project 2020 / Feeding Westchester

Continuing the spirit of giving back, JABFIT wanted to promote the importance of kindness all year round. Using Bonfire’s online platform, I created a charity campaign which allowed us to sell “Always Be Kind” merchandise that people could buy and wear. 100% of all proceeds went directly to Feeding Westchester to help families around the holidays. The JABFIT community is truly the most supportive group of people.

Turkey Burn 2020 / Feeding Westchester

Having been born and raised in Westchester, I wanted to do something that would not only make my clients feel good around the holidays, but also give back to our local community. I contacted Feeding Westchester, an incredible organization that helps provide meals to local families in need, and let them know the JABFIT community wanted to help.

We had twenty five participants in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic turn out safely (outdoors and distanced) to donate $50 each and sweat for a cause. Together, we were able to raise $1,250 of which 100% was given to Feeding Westchester. It felt so amazing to be able to give back to our community together. I’m so proud of the JABFIT fam!
